How much water should I be drinking to keep my skin hydrated during the summer?

Staying hydrated is important for maintaining healthy, hydrated skin during the summer months. While the amount of water you need to drink can vary depending on factors such as your age, weight, activity level, and climate, a general guideline is to aim for at least 8 glasses of water per day. However, some people may need more, especially if they are spending a lot of time outdoors or engaging in physical activity.

It's also important to listen to your body and drink water whenever you feel thirsty. Additionally, you can incorporate other hydrating fluids such as herbal tea, coconut water, and fruit-infused water to help meet your daily fluid needs.

Keep in mind that factors such as sweating, humidity, and exposure to air conditioning can also impact your hydration levels, so it's important to monitor your fluid intake and adjust as needed to keep your skin and body properly hydrated during the summer.
